Let's figure out if this is the right fit.

Just 30 minutes. No pitch. No pressure.

Just an honest conversation about your business and your books.

Here's exactly what to expect.

The discovery call is a 30-minute conversation — that's it. There's no presentation, no hard close, and no commitment required.
‍

We use this time to understand your business: how it's structured, what your transaction volume looks like, where your books currently stand, and what you actually need from a bookkeeper. Then we tell you honestly whether Kopstone Books is a good fit, and if it is, what that would look like.
‍

If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather have a short honest conversation than onboard a client we can't serve well.

what we'll cover

We'll work through these five things.

  1. Your current bookkeeping situation — what you're using, what's working, and what isn't
  2. Your business structure and monthly transaction volume — so we can identify the right service tier
  3. Whether your books are current or need cleanup before we can start the monthly rhythm
  4. What a monthly engagement with Kopstone Books actually looks like for your business specifically
  5. Pricing, timeline, and next steps if it's a good fit

You don't need to prepare anything. Just show up and tell us where you're at.

What happens after your call

If the call goes well and we both want to move forward, here's what happens:

• You'll receive a proposal outlining your service package, what's included, and the monthly cost
• You review and sign the service agreement digitally — no printing, no scanning
• We set up your client portal and get connected to your QuickBooks
• If your books need cleanup first, we scope that and handle it before the monthly rhythm starts
Most clients are up and running within one week

There's no deposit, no long-term contract, and no obligation until you've reviewed the proposal and decided it works for you.
